Appointment windowsPickup and delivery windows, live load or drop, the pickup or release number, and a phone number at each dock.
Container and chassis detailsContainer number and size, steamship line, the ramp, last free day and who supplies the chassis.
Hazmat declared up frontDangerous goods declared at tender, with the class and UN number. Undeclared dangerous goods are refused at the dock.

A load accepted by Setara Transport is not passed to another carrier without your written consent. We do not re-broker. If we cannot cover a load, we say so when it is tendered.

The same clause is in the carrier agreement in the packet.

What brokers ask before they add us.

Do you re-broker loads?
No. The rule is in the section above and in the carrier agreement in the packet.
Can you take cross-border, long-haul or Port of Montreal loads?
No. Setara Transport does not run cross-border, long-haul or Port of Montreal lanes. Customs is arranged through a licensed customs broker partner.
How do we verify your registration and insurance?
The carrier registration certificate and abstract are in the packet. Request the packet through the form on this page and dispatch sends it.
